Claims and Returns – How to Proceed

We aim to make the claims and return process as smooth and efficient as possible. Below, you’ll find all the necessary information on how to proceed if you experience any issues with a product.

Who Does This Policy Apply To?

It’s important to distinguish between different types of customers:

  1. Consumers (Consumer Purchases Act)
  2. Business customers (Sales of Goods Act)

Our claims policy covers the following issues: 

  • Transport damage
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Manufacturing defects or faulty products
  • Incorrect deliveries
  • Ordering errors

How to Submit a Claim

To ensure a quick and accurate processing time, please provide complete information when submitting a claim.

If the claim concerns goods valued over 5,000 NOK, you must complete our claim form, which we can provide or you can fill out yourself.

When Can You Submit a Claim?

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.

The timeframe may vary depending on the type of product and customer.

For example, a reseller may not identify an issue until after selling the product to an end customer.

Processing Your Claim

We aim to process claims as quickly as possible. To help us assist you efficiently, please provide:

  • Photos of the damage or issue
  • A brief description of what happened
  • The product, if a return is required

We will assess the claim and offer a solution, either by sending a replacement product or issuing a credit note.

Return Policy

  • Ordering errors cannot be returned.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order confirmation before the order is shipped.
  • All returns must be pre-approved.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

Claims Settlement

  • Credit without return of product: Issued once the claim is approved.
  • Credit with return of product: Issued once the returned product is received and approved.
